Dear Loyal Morgan City Rentals Customers,

Morgan City Rentals has implemented the following equipment policy during the 2017 Hurricane Season. Our first responsibility is the safety of our employees and their families and we apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause. The customer will be responsible for the security of the equipment during the storm, should the equipment not be returned within the Morgan City Rentals Hurricane Preparedness Plan time frame. The customer will be responsible for any damages and losses to the equipment due to the passage of a tropical storm / hurricane.

When a tropical storm / hurricane forms in or enters the Gulf of Mexico, Morgan City Rentals Hurricane Preparedness Plan will go into effect.

Additionally, any equipment not returned to Morgan City Rentals’ facilities prior to setting Alert Status THREE will be considered on rent and the customer will be responsible to ensure the safekeeping of the equipment.

Post Hurricane – Morgan City Rentals will conduct an initial damage assessment at all facilities to ensure the facilities can safely resume operations. Any equipment not returned to Morgan City Rentals prior to the passage of a tropical storm or hurricane that has been lost or damaged, the customer will be responsible to report the loss or damage of the equipment to Morgan City Rentals at the conclusion of the customer’s damage assessment.
